The location is perfect and stunning, in a picturesque setting. Rooms are large and there were exceptionally comfortable beds.

I loved almost everything about this beautiful and amazing apartment. Its location was indeed unbeatable and exceptionally nice, near the Arts Centre, also York and Southport. Plus it was located in a picturesque setting.

It has stunning, gorgeous setting. The host, Tracey, makes you feel at home. Pleasant stay, we felt at ease, would recomand.

It was nice to have beautifully decorated rooms with a great view.

The bed was really comfortable, and the bedroom was spacious, plus the host was very helpful during my stay.

It had multi-channel television, a coffee machine and a dining area to use. The location was UNBEATABLE in a picturesque setting, and had everything you needed. The breakfast was sensational breakfast with brilliant and freshly made food. Everything was perfect and I got ironing for free.

Great location close to the highlands, Blackpool, Southport, and also York, Scarborough, Filey. We really enjoyed the views of the hills 🌄.

Tracy and Richard where so welcoming and friendly. The room was 5*. The views from my room where breathtaking. Breakfast was wonderful it set us up for the day. I can highly recommend the cooked breakfast.

The location of the hotel was perfect for my business trip, with the Arts Centre just a short walk away. the family room that I was upgraded to was spacious and had beautiful furnishings. the separate bathroom was enormous and had a fantastic shower. the bed was incredibly comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. the guest lounge and kitchen/dining area was a great addition and provided a comfortable space to relax. the complimentary continental breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from and I appreciated the provision of non-dairy milk and margarine.

Although the steps leading up to the property were manageable for me, I can see how they may pose accessibility issues for some guests. It would be helpful to have a sign indicating the property's location, as it was a bit difficult to find in the dark when I arrived.

The room was relaxing, and the location was beautiful and close to Bridlington, Lancashire, and the highlands, making the experience amazing overall.
